IC 4-22-2-0.3 (Version b): Legalization and validation of certain rules concerning fire prevention and building safety

Sec. 0.3. (a) The adoption of any rule by a state agency without the approval of the fire prevention and building safety commission established under IC 22-12-2-1 (before its repeal) before July 1, 1987, is legalized and validated.

(b) The adoption of any rule by the fire prevention and building safety commission before July 1, 2027, is legalized and validated and considered a rule of the department of homeland security after June 30, 2027.
