  3. Chapter 12. Binding Effect, Duration, and Severability

Sec. 7. In the event that any chapter of this article or provision of this Compact is disapproved by the Secretary of the Interior of the United States or is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intent of the parties that the remaining chapters of this article or provisions of this Compact, and any amendments thereto, shall continue in full force and effect. This severability provision does not apply to IC 4-29.5-17.
