IC 4-3-21.5-10: Official action

Sec. 10. The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of the task force are required for the task force to take action on any measure, including reports required under section 12 of this chapter. The chairperson is only considered a voting member for purposes of deciding a tie vote.
