Sec. 5. The office shall administer the following:

(1) The energy development fund under IC 4-23-5.5-10.

(2) A low interest revolving loan program for certain energy efficiency or recycling projects under section 9 of this chapter.

(3) The green industries fund under IC 5-28-34, in consultation with the Indiana economic development corporation.
