IC 4-30-3-7.5: Operation of lottery courier service; Class A misdemeanor

Sec. 7.5. (a) A person who, without written authorization of the commission, operates a lottery courier service commits a Class A misdemeanor.

(b) This section does not require the commission to:

(1) authorize a lottery courier service; or

(2) create a legal right to operate a lottery courier service.
