IC 4-31-2.1-31: "Promotional action"

Sec. 31. "Promotional action" means any action or expenditure of the commission for the purpose of developing the horse racing industry throughout Indiana, including the payment of any administrative costs incurred by the commission to promote the horse racing industry in Indiana.
