IC 4-31-2.1-40: "Stallion owner"

Sec. 40. "Stallion owner" means the owner or lessee of a standardbred, thoroughbred, or quarter horse stallion registered with the commission for the purpose of having the stallion's progeny eligible to participate in an applicable breed development program at the time of the progeny's conception.
