IC 4-31-3-11.5: Judges

Sec. 11.5. The commission shall employ or contract for judges to attend each recognized meeting held under a permit issued under this article. A contracted judge shall be considered an employee of the commission for the purpose of IC 4-6-2-1.5(a). The permit holder shall, in the manner prescribed by the rules of the commission, reimburse the commission for the salaries and other expenses of the judges who serve at the permit holder's racetrack.
