IC 4-32.3-1-2: Purpose of article

Sec. 2. The purpose of this article is to permit a licensed qualified organization:

(1) to conduct allowable activities; and

(2) to sell pull tabs, punchboards, and tip boards;

as a fundraising activity for lawful purposes of the organization.
