Sec. 24. (a) A worker or operator conducting or assisting in the conduct of a casino game night must wear a legible identification card on the individual's clothing.

(b) The identification card required under subsection (a) must include:

(1) the person's first and last name; and

(2) the name of the qualified organization licensed to conduct the event.
