Sec. 17.7. "Sports wagering" refers to wagering conducted under IC 4-38 on athletic and sporting events involving human competitors. The term does not include:
(1) money spent to participate in paid fantasy sports under IC 4-33-24; or
(2) wagering on e-sports.
