IC 4-33-6.7-1: Applications and proposals to operate an inland casino in Vigo County; deadlines; commission to prescribe form of the application and proposal

Sec. 1. If a licensed owner submits a request to relocate gaming operations under IC 4-33-6-4.5, the commission shall begin accepting applications and proposals for awarding a license to operate an inland casino in Vigo County. The commission shall publish deadlines for submitting an application and proposal under this chapter on its website. An application and proposal must comply with the provisions of IC 4-33-6-2 and include any additional information required by the commission. The commission shall prescribe the form of the application and proposal for permission to operate an inland casino under this chapter.
