Chapter 7. Conduct of Gambling Games at Racetracks

Sec. 8. Wagers may be received only from a person present in a licensee's gambling game facility. A person present in a licensee's gambling game facility may not place or attempt to place a wager on behalf of a person who is not present in the licensee's gambling game facility.
