IC 5-1.2-2-9: "Clean Water Act"

Sec. 9. "Clean Water Act" refers to:

(1) 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; and

(2) regulations adopted under 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these regulations.
