IC 5-11-1-8: Field examiners

Sec. 8. All appointments of field examiners shall be made solely upon the ground of fitness and in accordance with professional accounting and auditing standards. The state board of accounts is empowered to make and establish, and from time to time alter and amend, by-laws, rules, and regulations for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this article and other laws placing duties and responsibilities on the state board of accounts.
