Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following funds:
(1) Funds raised by bonds issued for a future specific purpose.
(2) Sinking funds.
(3) Depreciation reserve funds.
(4) Gifts.
(5) Bequests or endowments.
(6) Any other funds available for investment.
