IC 5-2-13-5: Administration of fund

Sec. 5. The Indiana criminal justice institute established under IC 5-2-6 shall administer the fund. Costs of administering the fund:

(1) shall be paid from money in the fund; and

(2) may not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) during any year.
