Chapter 18.2. Citizenship and Immigration Status Information and Enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "law enforcement officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 5-2-1-2.

(b) The term includes a member in the military police force of the Indiana National Guard while exercising police powers in accordance with IC 10-16-23-3.
