IC 5-20-9-8: Rulemaking to establish program policies and procedures

Sec. 8. The authority may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish the policies and procedures required under section 6 of this chapter and to otherwise implement this chapter. Rules adopted by the authority under this section must take effect not later than January 1, 2018.
