IC 5-22-8-1: Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies only to a purchase expected by the purchasing agent to be less than one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).

(b) Purchase requirements may not be artificially divided so as to constitute a small purchase under this chapter.
