IC 5-28-2-7: "State agency"

Sec. 7. For purposes of section 3.5 of this chapter, "state agency" means all agencies, authorities, boards, commissions, and officers of the executive, including the administrative, department of state government, and all bodies corporate and politic established as instrumentalities of the state.
