ARTICLE 28. INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
Chapter 43. Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) 2.0

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "eligible regional economic acceleration and development organization" means any of the following:

(1) A development authority.

(2) A qualified nonprofit organization.
