IC 6-9-41-10: State distribution to county treasurer

Sec. 10. If an ordinance is not adopted under section 9 of this chapter, the amounts received from the county food and beverage tax imposed under section 5 of this chapter shall be paid monthly by the treasurer of state to the county treasurer upon warrants issued by the state comptroller.
