IC 7.1-4-13-10: Duties of council

Sec. 10. The council shall do the following:

(1) Elect a chairman and any other officers.

(2) Recommend expenditures from the wine grape market development fund for the administration of the wine grape market development program and for the administration of this chapter.

(3) Perform any other necessary duties.
