IC 7.1-4-4.1-6: Advance cost fee for transfers of permits

Sec. 6. The advance cost fee for the transfer of an alcoholic beverage permit from:

(1) one (1) holder to another holder; or

(2) one (1) location to another location;

is two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
