IC 7.1-7-2-24: "Wholesaler"

Sec. 24. "Wholesaler" means a person who has obtained or is required to obtain a wholesale tobacco sales certificate under IC 7.1-3-18.5-1.5 that:

(1) distributes, sells, barters, or exchanges e-liquid or e-liquid products in Indiana to retail dealers for the purpose of resale; or

(2) purchases e-liquid or e-liquid products directly from a manufacturer for the purpose of resale to resellers.
