IC 8-1-8.2-7: "Retail electric service"

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "retail electric service":

(1) means electric service furnished to a customer, including a residential, commercial, or industrial customer, for consumption by the customer; and

(2) does not include wholesale electric service.
