Chapter 7. Highway Extension and Research Program

Sec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "local highway system" includes all roads, bridges, culverts, necessary supports, drainage facilities, and roadside developments within the rights-of-way.

(b) As used in this chapter, "department" refers to the Indiana department of transportation.
