IC 8-23-7-11: Vouchers for payment; attaching grant or deed copies

Sec. 11. A copy of a grant or deed purchased by the department shall be attached to each voucher submitted for payment under this chapter. The state comptroller may not draw and pay the voucher unless the copy is attached.
