IC 9-13-2-1.8: "Aggregate"

Sec. 1.8. "Aggregate" includes:

(1) sand;

(2) gravel;

(3) dirt;

(4) concrete;

(5) shell;

(6) slag;

(7) millings;

(8) crushed stone;

(9) other construction materials; and

(10) any combination of materials described in this section;

regardless of whether the material is in a natural or processed state.
