IC 9-13-2-161.3: "School crossing guard"

Sec. 161.3. "School crossing guard" means a person at least eighteen (18) years of age appointed by one (1) of the following:
(1) Safety board.
(2) Board of public works and safety.
(3) Town board.
(4) Board of public safety.
(5) Sheriff.
