IC 9-13-3-11: Annual report

Sec. 11. The commission shall submit an annual report to the Indiana economic development corporation. The report must include a description of all activities undertaken by the commission during the prior state fiscal year. The commission shall submit the report:

(1) not later than September 30 of each year; and

(2) in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
