Chapter 10. Fleet Registration Program

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "fleet vehicle" means a passenger motor vehicle or a truck with a declared gross weight of not more than eleven thousand (11,000) pounds that is:

(1) owned or leased by a fleet operator; and

(2) registered in the program under this chapter.
