IC 9-18.5-28-2: License agreements

Sec. 2. The bureau shall:

(1) negotiate for the purpose of entering; or

(2) delegate the authority to enter;

into license agreements with a professional sports franchise in order to design and issue a National Football League franchised football team license plate authorized under section 1 of this chapter.
