IC 9-18.5-6-2: Application

Sec. 2. An Indiana resident who:

(1) is a recipient of; or

(2) is the surviving spouse (who has not remarried) of a recipient of;

a Purple Heart decoration may apply for and receive one (1) or more Purple Heart plates.
