IC 9-19-17-1: Television screen visible to driver

Sec. 1. A person may not:

(1) own a motor vehicle; or

(2) operate upon a highway a motor vehicle;

that has a television set installed so that the screen of the television set can be seen by a person sitting in the driver's seat.
