IC 9-21-10-4: Seating restrictions

Sec. 4. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger on a motorcycle in a position other than astride the seat or saddle provided.

(b) A person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger in an autocycle in a position other than on a seat.
