IC 9-21-3.5-3.5: "Fee"

Sec. 3.5. As used in this chapter, "fee" means an amount assessed or imposed under:

(1) rules adopted under section 10(a)(4) of this chapter; or

(2) section 14(a)(2) of this chapter;

with respect to a toll violation.
