IC 9-24-10-4.5: Driver training schools; administering driving skills tests

Sec. 4.5. (a) A driver training school (as defined in IC 9-27-6-3) may offer to administer a driving skills test (as defined in 140 IAC 4-1.1-1) to an individual who holds a valid learner's permit.

(b) This section expires June 30, 2030.
