IC 9-25-4-8 (Version b): Proof of financial responsibility

Sec. 8. Proof of financial responsibility meeting the requirements set forth in this article must be filed in a manner prescribed by the bureau by an insurance carrier of the person for whom proof is required or through a secure online insurance verification system under IC 9-25-11.
