IC 9-32-16-6.3: Listing of items not included in the advertised sale price

Sec. 6.3. An item, including a fee or products or services to be performed after the sale, that is not included in the advertised sale price, which includes manufacturer options, for a motor vehicle as stated in the contract for sale or lease, shall be a separate line item on the contract for sale or lease.
