K.S.A. 10-504: Deposit of funds of agency.

The state treasurer shall deposit all funds coming into the state treasurer's hands on account of such agency in the state treasury, subject to the state treasurer's order, countersigned by the director of accounts and reports, and shall be liable on his or her official bond as the state treasurer for all such funds so deposited.
