K.S.A. 10-705: Record of duplicates.

Any officer issuing duplicates under this act shall keep a record, showing the numbers, dates and amounts of such mutilated, lost or destroyed bonds or warrants, the number of coupons thereto attached, if any, the date of issuance of the duplicate therefor and the names of the persons to whom issued.
