K.S.A. 12-1407: Same; purchase of adjoining land; tax levy, use of proceeds.

The officers of such city are authorized to purchase adjoining land and levy a tax for the payment for same and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by such city under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto.
