K.S.A. 12-1432: Same; abandonment by grantee or holder.

In all such cases the fact that such grantee or holder has not, for a term of fifteen successive years or more, observed the regulations of the governing body of such cemetery shall be prima facie evidence that such party has abandoned such lots.
