K.S.A. 12-1442: Hillside cemetery district territory within city of Valley Center deannexed from the cemetery district.

(a) All territory of the city of Valley Center that is included within the Hillside cemetery district, located in Harvey and Sedgwick counties, is hereby deannexed from such cemetery district effective June 30, 2020.

(b) Any territory added to the city of Valley Center by annexation after July 1, 2020, that is included within the Hillside cemetery district, shall be deannexed from such cemetery district upon such annexation.
