K.S.A. 12-1667: Same; tax levies; outside aggregate limits.

A public agency required herein to levy a tax because of failure of federal aid, shall make such annual levy as is necessary to pay the refunding temporary notes or no-fund warrants and the interest thereon and such tax levies shall be outside of any aggregate limit of tax levies for such public agency.
