K.S.A. 12-1757: Public building commission; authorized; municipal corporation.

There is hereby authorized to be created in any city or county of the state, a public building commission. Such public building commission shall be a municipal corporation and shall be created only under the conditions set forth in this act and authorized to exercise the powers provided.
