Chapter 12.—CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
Article 3.—CONSOLIDATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

All costs incurred or authorized by the consolidation commission and all other costs incurred by the city and county pursuant to this act shall be paid by the city and county.
