K.S.A. 12-8,106: Purchase and disposition of bonds and notes.

A municipal energy agency shall have power to purchase, out of any funds available therefor, bonds or notes, and to hold, pledge, cancel or resell the bonds or notes, subject to and in accordance with any agreements with the holders.
